Processing & Shipping Times
• Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Custom or made-to-order candles may require additional processing time.
• Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method:
• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
• International Shipping: Varies by location (typically 7-21 business days)
• We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
• We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
• We currently ship within the U.S. and Canada
• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Damages, Lost Packages & Order Issues
• We carefully package all orders, but if your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
• If your order is lost in transit, please allow 5 business days before reaching out, as delays may occur.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered.” However, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
International Shipping & Customs
• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply to their order.
Order Tracking
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.
