Refund policy

At Bottled Candle Company, we pride ourselves on crafting unique, eco-friendly candles from recycled liquor bottles. Please note that each vessel is authentically vintage, which means it may feature natural imperfections such as markings, patina, scratches, tarnish, or verdigris that add to its charm and character.

However, we understand that issues may arise. Heres how we handle refunds:

        1. Damaged in Transit

If your candle arrives damaged during shipping, we would be happy to initiate a replacement. Please provide photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess eligibility for a replacement or refund.

        2. Performance Issues

If your candle does not function properly within 30 days of purchase, we will evaluate the issue and process a return or replacement if eligible.

        3. Return Process

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item and confirm the issue, well proceed with the return or replacement. Exchange for any reason within 7 days of delivery in the form of store credit.
